how do i pay the HOA online

On the home screen, there is a link under "External Links" called "Online HOA Payments". Click there and then enter your payment information. A receipt will be provided after you submit. 

I can't find the "Online HOA Payments" link.

You need to request a 'member access'. You will  receive an email saying:

Congratulations!  Your request for member access to the Summerfield - Oklahoma City Neighborhood Link website has been approved.

Then you log in and on the Home page you will see the link 'Pay HOA online'.
